Dear Customers,
We’ve identified a potential issue with Royal Mail that is affecting some of your UK deliveries. Since 3 October 2026, some parcels appear to have been delayed in transit, with tracking information no longer updating.
We’re currently investigating what happened. In the meantime, we’ve decided to temporarily suspend the Highway UK store while we work to resolve the issue.
If your order has been affected, please contact us. We will issue a full refund to every affected customer who gets in touch by the end of this week.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and uncertainty this has caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the situation.
