THCA Product Purchase Acknowledgement and Restricted Use Agreement
By purchasing any product containing THCA from this website, I confirm, acknowledge, and agree to the following:
Legal Age and Capacity:
I am at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in my jurisdiction, whichever is higher. I have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to purchase the product.
Compliance With Local Laws
I understand that laws and regulations relating to THCA, cannabinoids, hemp-derived products, cannabis-related products, and controlled substances vary by country, state, region, and municipality.
I confirm that I am solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable to my purchase, possession, transport, storage, and use of the product in my jurisdiction.
Lawful Research Use Only
I confirm that I am purchasing the product strictly for lawful research, analytical, laboratory, educational, or other legally permitted non-consumption purposes.
I will not use the product for human or animal consumption unless such use is expressly lawful in my jurisdiction.
No Decarboxylation or Conversion
I expressly agree that I will not heat, burn, smoke, vape, cook, decarboxylate, chemically alter, extract, synthesize, convert, or otherwise process the product for the purpose of creating, increasing, isolating, or producing THC or any other controlled, intoxicating, or unlawful substance.
No Manufacturing or Distribution
I agree not to use the product to manufacture, compound, formulate, distribute, resell, or supply any illegal or controlled substance. I also agree not to provide the product to any person who is not legally permitted to possess or handle it.
No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
I understand that the product is not sold or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No statement made on this website should be interpreted as medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
Assumption of Responsibility
I acknowledge that, after delivery, I am solely responsible for the lawful possession, storage, handling, and use of the product. I assume all risks and responsibilities arising from any misuse, unlawful use, unauthorized processing, or non-compliant handling of the product.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
I understand that the seller reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if the seller believes, in its sole discretion, that the purchase may violate applicable law, these terms, or the intended-use restrictions stated herein.
Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the seller, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from my breach of this acknowledgement, misuse of the product, unlawful conduct, or violation of applicable laws.
Binding Confirmation
By completing my purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this THCA Product Purchase Acknowledgement and Restricted Use Agreement.
Position of the Czech Ministry of Health:
Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid is not included in the list of addictive substances under Government Regulation No. 463/2013 Coll., on the lists of addictive substances, and is therefore not subject to the system of control of addictive substances pursuant to Act No. 167/1998 Coll., on addictive substances and on amendments to certain other acts. However, it should be borne in mind that, at higher temperatures, this substance undergoes decarboxylation and converts into tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is already included in the list of psychotropic substances.
